@Christopher, unfortunately you are currently unable to change your password. That feature will be enabled in a few weeks once we launch the social networking aspect of this course.
@Victor, there is no interactive quiz features at this time; just the videos.
@Mason, please keep the reports coming! Thank you! We’re on it.June 17, 2013 at 8:57 am #4953

First off, let me say what a fantastic initiative!! Second, it’s not really a bug (i’m guessing there were just some problems with the mailserver but when i registered yesterday i never received a confirmation-email, i tried sending myself a password (“forgot password”-link) but that didn’t do any tricks. In any case i registered using a different email-address now but it might be something which you may need to look at.
Keep up the good work!

I now live in Dubai and we have a vision………..June 24, 2013 at 3:36 am #5564
I found that I could change my password after I created a post here and clicked my username.
I’m watching the first video and I noticed that Larry points at pictures on the screen that I cannot see. I realize the videos have already been produced and uploaded but one way to fix this is to superimpose pictures from the PowerPoint deck on the original video, and re-upload. This could be done using the free movie editor that comes with Windows. Just a thought. Forgive me if this has already been mentioned.June 24, 2013 at 8:39 am #5567
Yup, we’ll eventually get to this. We’re busy with a couple other priority projects at the moment around the DVD product and several others we’re about to release.June 24, 2013 at 8:58 am #5568
@Christopher – woah, that’s neat. Apparently adding the forum added a change password function. We’ve added a “my profile” button above to allow you a direct link there! Thanks for pointing that out.

Not a bug! (I saw a fine bug on one of my trees today; it imitates a wasp!)
How could I change my Avatar?
AdrianJune 25, 2013 at 10:39 am #5583
@Adrian – set up a profile on https://www.gravatar.com that matches your email address here. It’s a global avatar system across many web sites.June 29, 2013 at 10:41 pm #5708
It would be great if you could put up a “Staff/Lecturer” page so we can know who the speakers are.
The video path led me right into the middle of the lecture about “living machines” by the energetic young man in the wheelchair and I was dying to know his name and a bit more about him.

I’ve been having awful audio problems through much of the Plants, soils and climates sections. Either terrible artifacts or in the case of 054 no sound for about 30 minutes. One of the earlier ones with Max Meyers dropped out for 10 minutes too.
The first section allowed me to click the “complete lesson” button, but that is absent in this section. I’m sure you are aware for most of these issues and I’d like to say a thank you to all involved. Keep up the great work.

Thanks to Jonathan W in the “Reviews” section for pointing me to the answer:
Many thanks once again to MAX for your wonderful lectures. I will be reading your pages because I was looking at Murray Hallam’s aquaponics systems before realising that I could “Perm” the “dirt garden” the house AND have an aquaponics system.
Of course the most humble grovelling in respect and deepest bowing are due to Larry Korn, the reason why I signed up for this course. My heartfelt eternal gratitude for you having translated and explained the works of Fukuoka San.
Jay Ma, My friend the Robin has not been back this year, but the sparrows, crows, doves and parrots (yes escaped pets all over this city) are speaking loud and clear.
