He mentions, at the end of part 2 of the introduction, that there are ‘handouts’ available for the group he is lecturing to in the video that will be posted online. Are those available anywhere on this site? I tried looking, but i didn’t see any resources section or anything.

I like the lecture style, but I wish that I could SEE the slides that are being presented, I have a hard time taking notes without a visual reference. Are these materials perhaps available via another site?

    Thanks!

Ditto. Extremely frustrating when he’s commenting on a slide and it can’t be seen. Camera could have panned to the slide (although the room is quite light- I suppose for recording purposes). Having access to the slides he’s using, and the ever so tantalizing mystery handouts would make this ever so much better.

Yes! Who is monitoring these questions? I’m surprised that this issue is not solved yet, and people even very recently are commenting on it.

Sorry, those materials were only available to attending students. We will at some point in the future make the two powerpoints available.

Thank you Vladislav! I agree. Those materials and slideshows are very important since the teacher is referencing them.

If it’s helpful to anyone here, the two books he referenced at the end of this lecture are:

Soil And Civilisation – Edward S. Hyams
    Collapse – Jared Diamond

    Please don’t use Amazon.
